We work with top-tier companies and select suitable options around your circumstances. That starts with where you live, what you need to protect and which tradeoffs matter to you. A familiar label or a lower premium does not tell you whether a policy is right for your situation.
For a homeowner, the important questions may involve occasional occupancy, a condominium’s existing insurance or a property used for short-term rentals. For someone signing a lease, the priority may be an acceptable guarantee and a realistic approval timeline. For a family relocating, it may be access to specific doctors and hospitals near their new home.
Our approach is to explain relevant choices in English, identify the conditions that deserve your attention and help you compare proposals on more than price. A recommendation should make clear what you are buying, what it does not cover and what happens next.
Three services. Three different jobs.
| Service | What it addresses | What to understand first |
|---|---|---|
| Home & property | Specified risks to your home, contents or liability, according to the coverage selected. | Insured values, exclusions, deductibles and the property’s actual use. |
| Rental guarantee | A landlord’s protection against covered rental defaults. | The tenant still owes the amounts due; approval and landlord acceptance are required. |
| Private health | Access to covered healthcare within the plan’s rules. | Local provider network, waiting periods, geographic reach and cost sharing. |
These products complement one another, but they are not interchangeable. A rental guarantee does not replace home insurance for your belongings. A private health plan is not automatically a substitute for travel medical insurance. We help you identify the right category before comparing individual options.
A practical path from questions to coverage.
Tell us what is changing.
Share your city, timeline and whether you are buying a property, signing a lease or arranging healthcare. We begin with the essentials so you can understand the next step without a lengthy first conversation.
Compare the details that matter.
Review suitable options, including coverage limits, conditions, recurring costs and required documents. Eligibility and the final terms depend on the provider’s review.
Choose with a clear understanding.
Before accepting a proposal, review the policy or plan documents, effective date and payment terms. Ask how to request help, report a claim or use the provider network.
Revisit your coverage when life changes.
A move, a renovation, a new lease or a change in your household can affect what you need. Keep your documents and contact details accessible and review the arrangement before renewal.
Support should be as clear as the coverage.
Before you proceed, ask what assistance is included with arranging your policy and what happens if you need to make a claim. Administrative claims support, where offered as a separate service, should have its scope and any additional fee agreed in advance. The insurer evaluates claims and makes coverage decisions under the policy.
The goal is a useful relationship: a clear explanation at the beginning, practical information you can refer to later and an understanding of whom to contact when circumstances change. If you already have a policy, start by identifying the questions you want answered about its coverage, cost or renewal.
Questions international clients ask.
Can I arrange insurance before moving to Brazil?
You can start comparing requirements and gathering information before arrival. Whether a specific product can be issued depends on the provider, your documentation, the insured risk and the requested effective date. Starting early helps identify missing information before a purchase or lease deadline.
Do I need a CPF?
A CPF, Brazil’s individual taxpayer identification number, is commonly requested in insurance and health-plan applications. The exact identification, address and financial documents vary by product and provider. Ask for the requirements for your situation before relying on a proposed timeline.
Will the policy be in English?
Brazilian policy and plan documents are generally issued in Portuguese. An English explanation can help you compare and understand them, but the actual contract determines the terms. Raise any uncertainty before you accept a proposal.
Can you guarantee approval or a particular price?
Approval, premiums and final conditions depend on the provider’s assessment. A useful comparison starts with accurate information and a written proposal that identifies the coverage, costs and conditions relevant to you.
Understand the Brazilian framework.
